Custom Mediterranean Dinners in the Catalpa Gardens
You and your small group of four to eight can schedule a customized four or five course regional Mediterranean meal with specially selected wines to accompany each course. Dinners are served in the beautiful and tranquil Catalpa gardens.
A great variety of authentic Mediterranean menu options are available in a number of ethnic and regional cuisines, below are some suggestions. Menus can be created for any regional Italian cuisine, including Tuscan, Roman, Neapolitan, Venetian, Sicilian, Abbruzese, Pugliese, etc. or Italian Jewish cuisine.

Recipes are the unique result of years of the study, practice and eating of classic Mediterranean cookery at home and abroad. Most vegetables and herbs are grown in the Catalpa gardens, yogurts and non-imported cheeses are homemade from fresh milk from a neighboring farm, and recipes and preparations are mindful of fresh, pure and healthy eating.
Each dinner includes homemade regional bread. Many vegetarian options are available.
