Please join me for a supper pairing the authentic foods and wines of Sicily. I will be preparing a five-course meal of traditional Sicilian dishes to be served in my Italian-inspired garden. Since this will be an August dinner, the vegetables and herbs used to prepare the meal will be fresh from our own garden.

Each dish will be accompanied by a specially selected wine imported from the island of Sicily, which has been an important wine-producing region since before the time of the Roman Empire. I think you will find tasting these wines to be a new and different experience: each is made from grape varietals that are indigenous to Sicily and not usually found in the U.S.–especially PA!

We will eat, drink, socialize, and learn more about the culture of Sicily as we discuss and enjoy the food and wine pairings alfresco, where they taste the best.

PLEASE RSVP AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

*Unfortunately, the supper can seat no more or fewer than sixteen guests and the large response to past events has made it necessary to turn a number of people away.
